I'm really stoked about having John Filiss at seriouswheels.com feature my most recent car design. His site has been one of my long-time favourite place for hi-res images ever since I started making cars in Photoshop and searching the internet for reference and resources.
I re-rendered a few shots when I heard he wanted to feature it. Most of my close-up renders were smaller than the largest resolution on seriouswheels so I wanted all of them all to match. Also up are more clay renders in larger res than what I published them here on dA.
Go check it all out at www.seriouswheels.com/cars/201…
Next Car Game website is online!
Wow, it's sure been a while since my last journal entry. Here's something worth mentioning I guess.
Bugbear's next car game's website is online and accepting pre-order/crowd funding from public.
As some of you know, I've been working at Bugbear for a while now so you'll get the chance of driving and crashing into cars I have made for the game as soon as it comes out. Alpha demo even sooner!
Extended contract!
I have really liked it working at Bugbear for these few past months and today I just signed a new contract until the end of 2012. What a great day!
Still finishing touches to do in Ridge Racer Unbounded, personally working on the cars myself. Keep an eye out for the game in March!

(PS: The game actually looks much better now when comparing to those videos and images on the site.)
Got my dreamjob!
This was my first day at Bugbear (the racing games developer, Rally Trophy, FlatOuts and all that). The first thing they did was sat me down at the computer and gave me a developer kit Xbox 360 to hook up with the pc. Then I spent pretty much the whole day playing around with the game stuff in 3dsMax, loading them into the Xbox and playing the work-in-progress Ridge Racer Unbounded. It was a pretty nice and easy first day I tell you! Tomorrow I'll start learning 3dsMax more in-depth than I had gotten the chance to on my own under-powered laptop.
Things are looking good for me.
3d texture competition
I came up with an idea for a 3d texture competition when I was making a new livery for my 3d car. You can find the competition at autemo: http://www.autemo.com/competitions/?id=34
Also, while you're there at autemo, check out the competition's discussion topic at the forums for additional info!
Come on and join in. I would love to see what you can do!
